JC_Mortgage

JC_Mortgage is a Java applet which can dynamically calculate your mortgage payments. It can meet all your mortgage calculation needs by providing monthly payment schedule, annual payment summary and prepayment savings. It also supports two styles: USA style (interest compound monthly) and Canada style (interest compound semi-annually). If you have any questions or comments, please mail me at: jing@jcsoft.com.

JC_Mortgage is written using JDK 1.1. This means you need Netscape 4.06 or higher to run the applet. If you are using Internet Explorer you will need IE4.x or higher.
